MKI Tonebender - Gary Hurst Version - excessive sizzle and cackle

An update, I replaced the wire from the input jack to footswitch and footswitch to input on board with shielded cable and it made a HUGE difference in the idle sounds and noise floor! The pedal is now dead quiet while not playing. I'm amazed at how much of a difference that made as this is the first time I've used shielded cable in a pedal (never had one produce this much noise).

It still sizzles on decay but with attack at less than 3 o'clock and volume not maxed it's not too bad!

I have band practice tonight, planning to test drive it more then!
