how important is this value compared to placing a .68 that I have tha fits better. Will that change make much of a difference?

 Which one? they all just say c1, c2, so forth. If you have the correct value and can squeeze it in there I'd use it anyway, even if it's a tight fit..

Ahh there it is... It looks like it might affect the attack range a bit, also possibly make it a little darker. scary.
