Hi all.
I'm planing on building an pt80 delay from ggg.

As i understand it, it has some sort of filtering to give an "analog sound" to it. But i don't want that. Can anyone here see from the schematics what parts does this filtering. I'm guessing its either the 1uf cap in the repeats loop, or thecaps and resistor in the feedback loop of the output buffer of the delay. Maybe both.

Any of you geniuses care to comfirm my suspicion or correct me if I'm wrong it would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

then go to www.tonepad.com and use the earliest version of Rebote delay where strong filtering was not yet applied.

The PT-80 uses only filtering in the primary delay path.  No additional filtering is applied in the regen path.  Consequently, if one was willing to suffer the noise risk, the key components to monkey around with would be found between points P and R here: http://www.generalguitargadgets.com/diagrams/pt80schem.pdf

You will see 3 caps: .002uf, .033uf, and .001uf.  Drop each of these to half their value (.001, .018, 470-510pf) and you will raise the cutoff frequency by an octave.  It may not be pretty, but it's what you asked for.
