Preamp for McIntyre pick-ups?

I have a resonator with a McIntyre resonator pick up.

Does anyone have a suitable shematic for that type of PUs?
The McIntyre mic has very low output, and my nobels pre-c preamp cant simply amplify the signal enough?
What to do? Can i modify the Nobels preamp i already got?
