Hi all,

Figured I would build a bunch of Millennium C Bypasses so they are ready made for the millions of pedals I will be making....

This is my parts list so far (according to geofex.com):
- 1N4148 Diode
- 2N3904 Diode
- Led
- Resistor (1K to 10K)

A search on mouser.com reveals a lot of variations for the diodes, mosfet (Millennium 2), etc. but I think I have figured out which ones I actually need.  However the schematic for the Millennium C calls for CMOS inverters and a search on mouser.com reveals over 1,000.  Anyone know which one to get?

Also is there a PCB layout available for the Millennium C or am I just supposed to actually use my brain and make one myself for this really simple circuit? :icon_razz:

Thanks in advance!

hello! i have made a layout for millennium 1 i think and here it is

i dont know if u want this but for me it works great. had no problems at all. the pcb is actual size.

Hope i helped. good luck. George

I used this millenium 2 version and noticed that  it didn't work for me so I made it work by adding a n extra wire.  See my link. It works with a DPDT switch.

Awesome, thanks to both!  I'm working on a PCB layout for the Millennium C.  Only problem is I'm not sure exactly what CMOS inverter to use.  Going to take a trip to RS today to see if I can find one, if not, Mouser's HQ is about two minutes from my house ;)  Oh shoot, today's Sunday and tomorrow's a holiday....guess I'll have to be patient!

and just an extra info. the wiring for the tru bypass is better to be like described here http://www.singlecoil.com/tb-strip/tbstrip.html and this is the diagramhttp://www.singlecoil.com/tb-strip/dia5.html for the dptd switch.
read it all. its very interesting. Good luck. let me know what u did. PM me! George
