help with my wah mod

A while back i did a vocal mod, gain mod, changed the sweep range, changed the wah to true-bypass, and added a LED.  When the wah is off, everything worked fine.  When turned on it sounded great.  Unfortunately that didnt last.  When the wah is turned on it usually loses all signal, i.e. i hear nothing out of my amp.  But when i step back on the wah to cut it off i can hear my guitar perfectly.  On rare occasions the wah works as it once did.  Any help would be appreciated. check with connections. post voltages, too.

It sounds like you may have done your true bypass incorrectly or the switch is faulty. Have you went back and double checked that out?
