I need to find an 'on/off' switch for an old Maestro Phase Shifter.  Someone replaced the original with a big honkin' light and a Carling-style stomp switch all wrapped up in a gigantic chunk of rubber.  I'd like to get a replacement that fits the original opening, but I don't care whether or not it is 'correct.'  Also, were these originally true-bypass?  The hack job on this one was not.  I thought about using a Marshall power switch (the kind that light up), but it would require some cutting to fit, and I'd rather not get into cosmetic surgery!  Thanks for the help, y'all!

Any help?  No one knows where to get a usable replacement?

Is that the one with the rocker switches? It had an extension board that plugged into the main unit (the main unit was the one with the rocker switches) that let you stomp on and off the speeds. I loved that one. I do not know what happened to mine. It was one of the best sounding phase shifters I've heard (in the P90 family of phasers).  I have seen photos and film footage of John Paul Jones using it for the effect on "No Quarter". He used to set it on top of the Whirly. I don't know if he used it for the studio version but it sounds like he did.
Does it ramp up and ramp down like a leslie? I don't seem to remember.
