I've built the Axis Face Silicon from this layout:

Great pedal, but I added a mod  so I can have 2 separate fuzz setting and switch between them. I wired the 3 lead wires for the fuzz pot to a 3pdt footswitch, and then the two sides of the switch to 2 different pots....worked great, but, how can I add an LED to each pot to show which is active? I tried taking the ground from the active pot to an LED (one for each pot) and the positive side to the 9v strip on the veroboard. It worked fine, but 1 LED is always on, even when I bypass the pedal with the main footswitch. Any ideas? I hope that I worded this right and that it makes sense. Many Thanks.

I imagine your'e running the ground to the LED's through the switch [for the pot selection
Instead of just grounding it, run that ground to the main switches LED/Ground/ so it is switched...that ground'd be switched being parallel with the Main LED's switched ground.
er...let the main switch [bypass] switch off all the LED's.
