Source for knobs - picture link

I would love to find some of these knobs - anyone have any idea of origin, etc?

http://www.lynx.bc.ca/~jc/pedals.html - lower on this linked page are some brown-ish, semi-cone shaped knobs that look really hip, like something wacky off Monty Python or something.  I'd love to find a source for these.

Those are called "sheep nose" knobs. There is a guy on eBay selling 'em..... he threw in a few samples when I ordered some other type knobs a while back.

I bought some knobs off that guy "Grumpy" I beleive. Kind of sad/strange.
I emalied the guy a few times with no reply. I went ahead and bid on a set of knobs and then won. They description seemed like the guy had a mountain of cool stuff that he was gonna list, so naturally my ears perked up!
I asked if he had any more of what I bid on so shipping couple be maximised, no answer....

The knobs came any they were not the ones I bid on. I emailed a couple more times and after a few days I got an email with the text in ONE INCH TALL  letters (no exageration!) saying that he was legally blind and that he has a guy help him with getting all this stuff on ebay.... Ended up giving me my money back and gratis on the ones I had recieved! Too bad, I would have liked to get so more stuff from the guy but it was way too unreliable unfortunatly. To bad...

At any rate, I have some of those sheeps nose knobs , although I only have two. You can PM me if you want them. May a buck... Maybe bluesdevil will sell you his...

Yeah, I also tried emailing him asking for other knobs with no reply.... twice. Also got a few wrong ones in my order (no pointer and for 1/8" shaft) still got a good deal on what I wanted. I was seriously thinking of ordering up some of those sheep nose knobs after seeing the samples, but didn't follow through when he wouldn't reply to my emails..... he's killing definitely killing business doing that, blind or not.

Argh!  I just 'bought' 4 pks of the sheep's nose knobs... ugh, wonder what/if I'll get?

Thanks anyway.  Hopefully the knobs will show up and if I get different knobs than what I ordered, I hope to heck they're for 1/4" shaft.

Watch out for that shipping though. I emailed him about it and he said, "well, I have to buy envelopes and drive to the post office and blah blah. $6 shipping for a few knobs etc is too much. oh well...

I fully agree that the shipping is too high from this cat - those knobs are hip enough for me to get robbed just this one time though...
