For those of you who use (or want to use) Sodium Persulfate for etching, I now carry a half-pound bottle (SKU 0412A) for $8.00. I think that's competitive, as Allied lists it for about $28.50 per Kilo. Best to order it as as part of a larger purchase, because it must ship Fedex Ground and that raises the shipping minimum a lot. I figure that most people will only use use a part of an ounce at a time, so I'm including a medicine-dose cup for convenience.

I got small bottles of Ferric Chloride from the same source, but I'm only going to offer those as part of my board-making kit (now in the works); the economics of carrying it stand-alone just doesn't work as long as Radio Shack offers a pint for a little over $4.00. But the kit will include everything I (and you!) can think of for making really good boards:

Epoxy-glass board
Steel rule and knife for snapping and scoring
Press 'N' Peel Blue
A Dalo Action 33 Marker
Drill Bits
Datak transfers for IC and Transistor patterns
Carborundum paper for the edges
Scotch-Brite for cleaning
Small plastic tray and tongs

Did I forget anything?
