9-12v AC or DC to regulated & filtered DC output. Layout within.

I have plenty of noisy (wally World and others) 9v DC and 12v AC power supplies which are about worthless with high gain devices. So I built this thing and can now use them as quiet, regulated supplies. I've built from my layout, verified on my end. Suggestions?
