low pass/enveloppe filter

when i play with my modded vox wah i like a lot to use it with the 0.068 sweep cap, wah closed and then open it slowly. so you get those woooooaaaaahh kind of stuff. say like a micro synth but without the octave/distortion section.
now any suggestions for an envelloppe filter that could do that preatty well?
