CE-2 "Corrrral Chorus" - Need Help!

Hi! I have that problem, when the effect is switched on it sounds the same as if it wouldn't be on. I twick the trimpot but it does nothing, just when it's the full way there's no guitar signal. I built this one last year and it worked perfectly, and now don't know what's happening... I' ve tried replacing the ICs but nothing happens. Is there another thing I could change or... help me please!

Hi again!
After checking everything again and again... I noticed that there was a bridge between 2 tracks!!!
So I repaired that and, there is the chorus!!! Now just adjust the trimpot and maybe I make some mod...
