Some help reading this schematic please...

Can someone tell me what type Q1 is, and what the DSG/CBE would be on the schematic?  I think it's a FET, and the top is probably the Drain, the middle the Gate and the bottom the source, but I'm not sure.  I'm trying to look up the pinout.

On the bottom left corner of the schematic Q1 is stated as being a BS170. The symbol is that of a MOSFET which is what Q1/BS170 is. The datasheet will give you the pinouts.
