What is the black padding stuff on the bottom of enclosures called?  And where do you buy it from?  Some of them have rubber but I am wondering about the stuff on the bottoms of MXR pedals.  Thanks guys!

MikeH

The foam type stuff is neoprene, I think.  I get it at the local craft store for 89 cents a sheet.

Is one side sticky? Or do you just glue it on?

coffyrock

I'd like to know this too. Also, can you get different colours? might be a cool enclosure covering, glued all over a plastic enclosure??

What brand is it that you guys are using?

Barcode80

can't recall the brand right now, but i get it in black (there are many other colors available too) at wal-mart in sheets slightly bigger than copy paper at .48 a sheet. it is great to stick to the bottom of a circuit board to prevent grounds without mounting.
