Sounds a bit like a bad horror movie, right? The need for redesign of this one was, please excuse the bad pun, gnawing at me for a long time. But it is done, and well worth the wait. Check out the sound clips.

I´ll bet some cats will love it, play with it many times. For certain songs you need this kind of secret weapon to dial the tone in the pocket, can´t do without.

Cool Steve!

I still have a PCB from you of the original Wild Mouse that I've never built.

Is it possible to build the revised circuit on that board - seems like it would be....

ok,

You would have to hack the thing up too much. If you return the board to me with a copy of this msj, I will post store credit to your account for the value. I forget what I was charging, but I will try to look it up.

I hope you will go back and do one...it's a really versatile and unusual device.

Are you stocking that switch? I love the size! A 3P4T would kill for Big Cheese clones!

The switch in the WM is 1P6T. Mouser has the other models in the series up to 2P5T. I do offer a standard-size Lorlin switch, my SKU #0226, that would be right for the Big Cheese.

One small nit to pick: in the second paragraph of suggestions and notes you refer to R12 needing to be 100 Meg. It looks like a typo - should be R21.

Have you tried building it with a regular wah inductor like a Fasel? When I built my Bow Wow Yoy Yoy I used RS transformers for the inductors and was never satisfied with the sound. It came alive when I used Dunlop replacement inductors. I'm not suggesting it doesn't sound good the way it is but would an inductor change make any audible difference?

Thanks for picking up the error! As far as I can hear, different inductors do make a small audible diff, but it is not night and day.
