Dual output bass preamp?

Ive got a crappy squire p bass that holds no value and i want to do some mucking around with it. So i was thinking of trying the old dual output tihng with it, but i want to be able to shape the tone a bit more. So is there any on board preamps that accomidate this, i have read the other onbaord bass preamp post. Could i use 2 of those J-Fet preamps on it, just with a bit more cavity space or should i make a bigger all in one preamp circuit. Any help would be cool

What do you want to do with a dual output, or what would be the difference between the two outputs?
The Albert Kreuzer preamp seems to have separate channels for both pickups, so if that's what your aiming at you could go with that one
