I want to make a "dual A/B" box with true bypass..

I want to make a "dual A/B" box with true bypass, and it seems a bit trickier than i thought.. The circuit itself is passive, but off course the LEDs run on a 9v bat.

Well I want a box with two inputs (guitar 1, and 2) and a 3pdt to switch between inputs (and 2 input LED indicators)
Also, I want two outputs (and two more LEDs) to switch between with another switch.

Could someone please tell me how to make tils work? And mabey draw a layout?
