You mean a power soak/hot plate reactive load? This ought to help-

Whatever you do, DO NOT plug in that volume pedal as is! The least damage it'll do is burn out the pot, at worst it'll cause your amp to go chernobyl!
I am not responsible for your imagination.

An attenuator in a volume pedal does not sound like a good idea. The heat needs to go somewhere. The RFX402P is plastic - it would simply melt.

There are cheap variable 100W hifi L-Pads available, but they are fairly big and won't fit into a volume pedal case. For a 100W tube amp, you'd need about 200W of power resistors to be on the safe side.

A better idea would be to build a separate attenuator box, and then use relays to switch between two preset attenuation levels. You could control it with an external footswitch. This should work quite well for e.g. rytm and solo volume levels.
