I've searched, and can't find anything.  I was just given an older Crybaby by a friend.  The serial/model number is cb076639.  Here are some pics.  There are no markings on the board.  The transistors are s117.  And, obviously, the pot has been replaced (seems to have an okay sweep, though).  It was also painted by the prior-prior owner.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh,  just to be clear, I'm certain that this follows the original schem, I'm just curious about the age.

Thanks.

mid to late 80s? I think just before they went to the present Re'an/Cliff jacks directly on the PCB, input buffer, power filter, etc. version. Before that small inductor I think they still had the stack of dimes inductor (the dark red one). Also, that should be 5117 for the transistors, IIRC.

Cool, thanks.  Yeah, I'mnot too good with reading the small stuff (5117).
