on my last pedal, i had wired up an LED w/ mill bypass.  I haven't gotten this working yet, so i was wondering some advice for the next time around.  How do you guys actually wire up the led?  i have mine in a bezel, and both of the leads clipped short.  Then i soldered a piece of wire which connected to the resistor and the switch.  Is soldering wire directly to the leads the best way to do this?

That's what I do. It works for me.
