Does anybody have the Heathkit TA-28 Fuzz Manual?

I was amazed at how many Heathkit manuals I could find online for various pieces of test equipment I have (mainly the IM-30 transistor tester I have)...and this lead me to wonder if anybody has or knows where I can get a copy of the TA-28 Fuzz manual/build instructions?  I have the TA-28 fuzz already and the schematic, but I was wondering what other sort of literature accompanied it. 

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
