Reverb (SCR vs Tube)!

Hi!

I am thinking about building a kit of a deluxe amp clone that has no reverb and i wonder if for example the Stage center reverb from GGG would match up to a tube reverb for example the Add-A-Vibe unit or similar? I really want the reverb and if someone could tell me the differences in sound i would be greatful. I've tried to search but haven't really found anything.
