Help Please PIC & MP3 Upload

Hi

I have done a search and can not find how or where to load pictures & sound files. I have tried to use the DIY User sign on to upload to the Photos
bit but after I have selected the files & hit upload nothing happens ??

You can make a web page with dreamweaver for example and then upload it to geocities which is free thats what I did.
another option is myspace.com
