See, now if we had known about this earlier, then Ray Wilson could have been on the cover of Time's Person of the Year issue, and not the handsome dude I'm looking at right now. :icon_wink:

We desperately need one of those for vero!  I'd write it myself if I knew how.

Just send an email to the author with your suggestion and they may accept to write it for you (us).
It's likely a small change in the code, and possibly just a matter of changing the
background and a few other things.

Oh, that's cool! Now if you could assign values, and simulate running the circuit...

And then it can build the circuit for you. Sorry I think simulation is asking too much. It is just like a simple GUI program. Still neat though. Could be a handy tool for the Beginner's area to show how to build things on bread boards.

P.S. Can the thread title be changed to something more meaningful ?

that makes me think that i would like Bancika's already excellent program more if it were drag and drop.  i know he has to re-code a lot soon, maybe he'd be interested in experimenting with that.  huh, bancika?

I think it is really well done and the interface is well thought out.  Now I can clean up my breadboarding - well maybe a little bit.

It doesn't do anything in Safari or Internet Explorer on mac which is a shame. I could imagine it though.

I guess I could write something like this up to be cross-platform compatible in flash? Would VERO be a better idea? I've never actually used vero but it's very popular.
Blood, Sweat & Flux. Pedals made with lasers and real wires!

I would say a vero version would be very popular - just look at how many vero layouts there are in the layouts gallery compared to anything else.  That said, I'm sure a perf board version would get used also.
