Hi all,

I want to split the signal from an acoustic guitar (with piezo pickup) and route it through diferent paths and mix them again in the mixer.

Any idea for a splitter (for acoustics)?

I never tried one before... any help will be very apreciated.

Runoffgroove.com has a splitter blender project that should do the trick.

If you have an external mixer your going to use you can just use the first section of the ROG Splitter Blender.

It's the buffers that do the splitting. You can also build two simple buffers, each with it's own output, into one box.

Also an active ABY box will do the trick. Essentially the same thing as two buffers or the first section of the ROG SB, but with footswitches to control it.

Splitting = buffers
It's time to buy a gun. That's what I've been thinking.
Maybe I can afford one, if I do a little less drinking. - Fred Eaglesmith
