Hi guys,

I'm building the May Queen booster as seen here -> http://www.generalguitargadgets.com/pdf/ggg_mayqueen_boost.pdf

Problem is, I'm using a DPDT switch and not the 3 pole one and I can figure out how to wire the thing. Anybody got suggestions?

here you go: http://generalguitargadgets.com/diagrams/switch_lo_dpdt_std.gif (with just a DPDT you'll have to pass on the indicator LED though...unless you go and make something like the Millenium bypass system for it)
copy in wiring for the DC jack from the wiring diagram if you want it along with the battery

On the diagram shown for the May Queen, find the leftmost vertical row of three contacts on the 3PDT. Mentally erase those three contacts. The little loop of wire right under the word "Bypass" in the illustration will now have no contact on its left end. Ground that left end.

This makes the effect and bypass work, and sacrifices the LED operation. If you want bypass AND LED AND only a DPDT, look at the Millenium Bypass at GEO.

In response to the questions in the forum - PCB Layout for Musical Effects is available from The Book Patch. Search "PCB Layout" and it ought to appear.

Do I still bridge the pink wires as show in the May Queen pedal?
