Tracking down F-SH parts

I decoded to make a F-SJH with the tonda mods recently, but when I went to order the parts iI found that getting a 3080 seems to be rather difficult. Maybe I'm an idiot or just having a bit of a brain fart, but if anyone has any info on where to get some, or something that can replace it I would ber very grateful.

I recently built the Tonepad version using one LM13600 instead of the two 3080 and the 741's.  It has the Tonda mods in it also.  The Tonepad version also uses the MAX1044 for the charge pump.
