TTE upgrade question

I am going to do change #3 to my TTE. My hope is it will cut some of the treble added to the signal.

I went to my local Fry's and picked up the following parts:
NTE 2.2K OHM 2% 1/2 W HW222
NTE 2K OHM 2% 1/2 W HW220
NTE .047MFD 100V MLR473K100

In the Fulltone link it doesn't specify what watt to use on the resistors. Is 1/2 w ok? I also couldn't tell if these are metal film or not. The fellow there didn't know either. The resistors are blue and the cap is green if that means anything. I can't know until I know. Thanks
