Go to Honson/Supremetronic.  They're on the southwest block of the College/Spadina intersection.  They have them for a buck or buck and a quarter.  Bring lotsa money - you'll end up wanting to spend it.  Trust me.  Also, bring some resealable sandwich bags and a permanent marker that will write on plastic.  That will help speed up cashing out.  Write the price of the item and quantity on the bag, and pre-sort your purchases as you pick 'em out of the bins.  Given the predatory nature of Toronto's parking control, and the big distraction that store can hold, anything that shaves off 5 minutes at cashout will reduce the risk of ticketing.

nope, they don't have anymore 10k:10k only 2k:1k.
you can't do anything with a 2k:1K can you?
