pcb layout for 1P6T mini rotary switch?

I know it's a shot in the dark but, does anyone have a pcb layout for Smallbear's new mini-rotary 1P6T switch?  I know how it works but just wanted to make a pcb from press-n-peel since the switch looks to be better suited for board mounting.
