j201 nfet or jfet

i just got some j201 from a local store here in Greece but they told me these are nfet's is there any difference ?

No problem. In fact, they are N-JFETs. There are also P-JFETs, broadly similar to NPN and PNP bipolar transistors.
They'll be fine.
