Earthquaker Devices Disaster Transport Jr with Tails mod

I'm working on the EQD Disaster Transport with Tails mod from [Tagboard Effects][https://tagboardeffects.blogspot.com/2017/12/earthquaker-disaster-transport-jr.html?showComment=1560131901607&m=1#c22410011944244128].  I'm confused about how to wire this DPDT switch.
When talking about pins of the latching DPDT is the orientation A or B?
A)
1 - 2
3 - 4
5 - 6
B)
1 - 4
2 - 5
3 - 6

The diagram also makes no mention of pins 3 and 6.  Are these pins supposed to be connected together or left disconnected?

Could I wire it in the manner seen in this better true bypass example?

Also, if I did use the better true bypass example where would I wire the cathode of the led?

Looks like the layout you've posted is indeed for the "tails" version, so there's no bypass of the whole circuit, just an interruption to the dry signal getting to the PT2399.  Hence the reference to only two pins on the (DPDT) stompswitch (and a further two for the LED).  And the DPDT would be numbered according to your "B" diagram, I think.  Hard to tell without a schematic, and it's too early in the day (not enough coffee yet!) to decipher the schematic from the layout...
