Hi all!
I´m from Chile and i spend some time (or i´m obssesed with) building stompboxes or amps.
I met this forum before, but i thought it was time to join it cause i have learned a lot and i can ask or answer good questions now..

my DIY resume:
- My own design guitar wiring (3 dpdt for HSH configuration, parallel and/or split coil controls for both humbs)
- 2 ss amps (transistor 40W  and dual tda2050 stereo 30+30W)
- JCM800 clone with fx loop (for a friend)
- Ruby amp
- MXR dist+
- DR boogie (with some mods)
- 9v regulated supply , 6 outputs

haha.. yeah, my "dual rectal" is the DR boogie..you know..RECTO gives a boost to your imagination..

yeah, the DR Boogey is a real PITA...but it´s worthy...
at home sounds rough and noisy...but in live situations.. kicks some serious ass!! nice bottom end (apply one or two 12k/2.2nf LB filters at the end) and crunch, very dinamic (althoug i prefer compressed for solos), riffs really shake the ground! (using a good amp obviuosly)
