looking at this schematic:
http://www.schematicheaven.com/effects/colorsound_wahswell.pdf
it seems like the general crybaby/vox/whatever circuit, a few resistor would have to be jumpered over to build it on the same board if you don't need the swell part

working from this http://aronnelson.com/gallery/albums/TCobrettis-Stuff/Wah_Comparisons.gif
the values for the colorsound (ignoring the volume pedal parts):
Rin 100k
Cin 0.01u
Rfb 1.5k
Re1 jumper
Rc1 22k
Rb1 470k
Rq omitted
Rb2 100k
Cbp 10u
Rb3 470k
Cout 0.22u
Rw 100k
Cef 0.22u
Rc2 jumper
Re2 10k
Cf 0.01u
inductor 550mh

edit: I think that 100k going to the ground on the output should also be included, probably has a noticeable effect on the total value and sweep of Rw

edit2: whoops, was looking at the extra parts as if it were in volume mode, did some simulations of it in spice
the 47k and 10uF hooked up at the junction of the inductor and Rfb1 and Cf adds about 1dB to the peak of the wah, not sure how noticeable that is
the two 100k at the output halve the volume of the effect, so that just the peak of the entire circuit is unity with the original signal, which I think would make this effect seem rather quiet compared to a Crybaby, so you'd probably ommitt those anyway

Here's a very good site , probably well known with pictures: http://filters.muziq.be/model/colorsound/wahwah

Notice the plastic part which couples the pedal itself to the pot,  it changes the sweeprange and is the key part of the coloursound wah .

These were taken from my friends Colorsound Wah, it's an original and is stamped with 'Sept 1977' in the case. It is broke an he gave it to me to try and fix. Don't know if all the wiring is in properly as there are a few holes on the PCB that are empty. I recently got a scope so I'll do some prodding round on it in a bit.
