Yes, it's a Hammond polycarbnoate case. I can't recommend them though because they're not really rigid.

I am fairly new to this and I have plans to build this particular circuit from Jack Orman.
Do you have the 100k for a volume out?
The 100uF and the switch...... What does that switch do in terms of the sound ???
Also at Q2 there is a jumper that  goes from C5 to E5. But it is broken by the cut at D5. Should that jumper go across that cut ???

Right, the jumper goes over the cut, on the other side of the board.
