Hard wired Y splitter with no bleeding?

Could someone tell me how to wire a Y splitter box? This would be like a A/B/Y box set on Y all the time without using a switch.

Simplest way is like the Y configuration shown here

Z's the input and X and Y are the outputs.

To do it in a box connect the tips of the jack sockets together with the resistors and connect all the sleeves together.
