Hello all, Im currently building the Neovibe and I would like to know more on these 2 pots which are in a 50's era projector.Im fairly newb on pots and so I would like to know if the dual pot can be used in my Neovibe. Also, if I can't use it for my build, could you give me some insight or ideas for these. I am happy to report that this dismantled projector so far has provided me with custom enclosures, vintage wax caps, (1)50's RCA blackplate 12ax7, and now these 2 pots! Recycling old electronics is addictive!

So here is all the info on the pots as well as pics.

The Dual pot has this code on it: SPA-325A    and   137110. It also switches on and of with an industrial "click"! and that is why there are also 2 lugs at the bottom of the pot.
The bottom pot with the extra switch lugs reads 21.70 KoHm total
The top pot reads .490 MoHm total

The Single pot has this code: SPA-301a and  137110. This one has also a fourth position lug opposite the other 3.
The Single pot reads 2.6 MoHm total and 1.3 MoHm at the extra forth lug

Also, I would love to be able to reuse the wider radius things that are on the shaft, so that I could use the original knobs. The thing is that they are glued to the shaft, I have to take them off in order to remove the pots from the casing.Would heating these help me remove them?, they have been industrially glued on the shaft for 50 years!

Thanks for the help
Cheers.

Im sorry if this is a stupid or often asked question, I did research it but cannot find info that applies to a dual pot with a switch. I would love to know what would happen if I used this 21.70 K instead of the suggested 100K dual reverse pot for the Neovibe.
Thank you for the replies.

I think 137 is the manufacturing code for CTS.........not 100% sure.
I believe for the Univibe you need a 100K revlog dual.

Aharon, you are correct.

Momo,
They are 1951 CTS pots.

Cool! :o  1951 CTS pots yaaaayyyy! so what now?!! Could anyone tell on what effects I could build and apply these? Is it rare to use these values in effects? (20k, and 2.6M)
thanks for the replies!

So thanks alot for the I.D on the pots, could anyone help me figure out how to remove the glued on cardboard type radius enlargers on the shafts? Im aware that heating might help, but im afraid of breaking the pot with too much heat. Are there any solvents or products that could do the job? I cannot remove the pots from the case without first removing the glued parts.
thanks everyone!

I would use a utility knife or xacto, the glue that is holding the cardboard is probably pretty dried up and weak by now
