NEC 78l15 415F voltage reg pinout?

Hi I bought these, but i cant find a datasheet on this type of package, is there any surefire way of somehow testing with a meter, it can only be 2 ways assuming middlepin is ground, but i dont want to wreck a neovibe when assembled by the wrong pinout.

I think , that from left to right : in > gnd > out this look correct?

erm, it seems the pinout is wrong after testing, it should be left to right : out > gnd > in
