Does anyone have a schematic of this pedal?
I own the original and I love it, but since I'm an MXR collector and the pedal is near mint, I don't like to gig with it.
So I want to build a clone for myself, with modern low-noise parts and such. I might be able to get a hold of an SAD512 chip for the BBD.

The pcb of my original is covered in foam. I just tried to carefully remove it, so I could just copy the PCB layout, but the foam quickly deteriorates.

I just spend a half hour A/B/C-ing my MXR Micro Flanger, vintage MXR Flanger and an Ibanez SF-10. The SF-10 was the most subtle, but also too chorussy, the MXR Flanger (4-knob) has quite an impact on your tone; it kinda takes over, whereas the Micro Flanger is the best of both worlds; you DO get the classic EVH flange tones, but you can still hear your own tone well.
Meanwhile @ TGP:
"I was especially put off by the religious banterings written inside the LDO pedal. I guess he felt it was necessary to thank God that someone payed $389 for his tubescreamer!"

hey man,

i have ordered a schematic from an online source, but it has not arrived yet. as soon as it does, i'll let you have a copy.

Thanks man! I dropped you an email as well.

Do you know whether the Micro Flanger needs a SAD512 or a R5106 chip?
The latter one is sold by Smallbear, but the SAD512's are hard to come by.

I know that my big vintage MXR FLanger uses the SAD1024, but I prefer the sound of the Micro Flanger.
