"Double D" pots not correct?

I have built the 'Double D' from ROG and have it mounted in a rackmount case, the 'Jiggle' channel works ok (see later post about pots for one issue with it) but the 'Bounce' channel seems to have a very very weak crappy signal and is barely audible.
Does this sound like a cold solder joint or something else?
I used all of the parts as specified by the schematic without any variations yet.

The problem I have with the pots is that they are working in reverse.
I had assumed that when you're looking at a pot with the knob facing down, so that you're looking at the back of it...
With the lugs facing you, it would be from Left to Right = lug 1, lug 2, lug 3
Is that backwards in contrast to this schematic or is my 'lug numbering logic' just flat out wrong?

Reverse your lug numbering.

This one throws me too. Sometimes I just forget.

I breadboarded this a while back and I remember both channels being very robust, with very good output.  So, it seems like you may have a cold solder joint/solder bridge/wrong something or other going on in there.  And pushtone is right, sounds like your pots are wired backwards.
