Signal Splitter

I want to record a guitar using two soundcard inputs.  One is to be fed by a cabinet simulator.  One is to be direct-to-card.  Is there a circuit that would allow one input and dual outputs, with the option of phase selection and buffer?  I will blend the two separate output volumes in my DAW.  Not looking for two bendable effects loops.  Thanks.

 Most likely... they make good buffers, and the biasing would be the same...
