470k coming off of pins 6&7 of IC2 is wrong. It should be AFTER the 10µF cap, a pull-down resistor.
Pulldown resistors at input and output are also omitted (not all thaht crucial, but you may want them especially when leaving the volume pot out).
Also, send and return traces are a little to close, may be a problem with blending with high gain circuits.
