MXR PHASE 100

I was trying to put in a power jack into my phase 100 and now cant get it to work.    I was also trying to add a blue LED  and was unsuccesful with that!!!  If anyone can send me some pics of the actual pedal's guts from the inside or give me any insight on my situation,  I would truly be grateful.  So please help me somebody!!!
