Sounds like a Morley Bad Horsey to me. Prolly wrong though.

If you listen really closely, there is a slightly different sweep on the phaser than on the wah.
My guess is it's a standard pedal wah played to closely match the phaser sweep, but there is a little difference.

I think you're onto something there. That seems to match what I'm hearing, but I couldn't quite put my finger on it.
