I perfboarded this pedal.  I got it pretty small although I didn't use an existing layout.  I laid it out as I built it.  Geofex has a PCB displayed for it on R.G.'s informative website.  You might be able to follow it if you're interested in perfing one of these up yourself.
I will be getting some sound samples up soon.  I'm still working on some other samples that I had promised to put up earlier.   I will be updating ansd adding samples to the distortion corner on my website.
