Hi guys. I've searching for long time but haven't found something that could make clean octave up/down. Or 5ths or 3rds whatever.. But I couldn't find anything like the POG/HOG that make clean octave available for DIY. Here in Argentina I can't get those effects and if I can, 400USD to begin with.. too much of my pocket there..

Any help. income.. much appreciated

Thanks to all.

POG and HOG are digital and are essentially dedicated pitch transposers that ignore all the intervals except for a few strategic ones.

Behringer is making a clone of the boss super shifter, that does key specific harmonies, and should be affordable.  Though even the real one sounds nowhere near as good as a second player playing the harmony.

A "true" pitch shifter will permit many intervals that you wouldn't normally consider "harmonies", like a semi-tone up or down, and often even adjustments less than that.  The pitch-shift mode on my Behringer DSP-1000 will permit adjustment in terms of cents.  The POG is a no-nonsense type of harmonizer circuit that gives octaves, with none of the less useful intervals (e.g., a semi-tone or minor third) provided.
