easy electrolytic question

hola. just about to finish off a pulsar trem from tonepad, and i've got no 4.7uf elecs left. can i just put a couple of 2.2s in series? i frenquently pair up non polarized caps but that's in parallel. something tells me that wouldn't be right here.
but if someone could knock this one off for me i'd be most grateful.

Putting them in parallel is the only way to get to near 4.7.  If you put them in series, they will add inversely.  Capacitors are the opposite of resistors in terms of parallel v. series addition.
