Here's a suggestion: grab a lot of 10 russian 6n2p tubes from eBay. I bought whole lot for 8.8$ without shipping!!! I guess that shipping to you would be about the same as tubes but again you'll get 10 tubes for less than 2$ each. Or even better, get 6n2p-ev which are a bit more expensive but have military grade.
They sound great, same specs as 12ax7 only different heater wiring. I bought bunch of these for my next projects. My kalamazoo has one of them also.

I'm glad I could help.
Your works looks great so far...I'd just use some shielded wire but you can leave as it is for starters and if you have noise later you could change leads one by one.

To use the 6n2p tubes I need just to use
the heater supply connected to pin 4 and pin 5?
The pin 9 is left with no connections or is better
to connect it to ground?

Thanks for suggestions friends, by now I bought
some 6n2p-EV for this pedal, I will just change the
filament wiring for test the pedal.

So, I finished with this power supply:

I think its correct giving-me 5.99 regulated volts.
(important: I will use a center tap transformer,
9-0-9 : 1.6A cause this the 2 diodes rectification).

yes, 4 and 5 go to heater wiring, 9 to ground (this is a screen between triodes to reduce noise and interference between them).
And don't worry about 6n2p, you won't be disappointed. EV version is more robust, it will last longer than any 12ax7.
1.6A will be more than you'll ever need
