Running 2 amps ( splitter)

Can any body offer advice on splitting a signal.

I need a box that will split the guitar output into two separate jacks going into 2 different amps
it cant be as easy as putting 3 guitar jacks in a box and wiring signal to signal and earth to earth on all the jacks.
or is it.

i had success modding my Rebote delay to stereo, when bypassed the signal goes straight to 2 amps...

it's only the jacks wired straight (no buffer involved) and it's absolutely noiseless...
